$30,000 to $40,000 the fee is 2% up to $800
$40,000 to $50,000 the fee is 2% up to $1000
$50,000 to $60,000 the fee is 2% up to $1200
$60,000 to $70,000 the fee is 2% up to $1400
$70,000 to $80,000 the fee is 2% up to $1600
$80,000 to $90,000 the fee is 2% up to $1800
$90,000 to $100,000 the fee is 2% up to $2000
Over $100,000 and above the fee is 2% plus expenses.
